An independent, non-profit research organization located in Cordova in southeastern Prince William Sound, Alaska. The Science Center was established in 1989 to conduct and facilitate scientific studies on the ecology of the region. The Center's programs take an ecosystem approach to research, monitoring and management of natural resources.
