    A distance learning initiative created by the NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. It is designed to enhance and enrich the teaching of mathematics, science, geography, and technology in grades three though five. The NASA SCIence Files is a television and web-based project that provides students with the opportunity to apply the methods of science while solving real world problems.

    The ETO Engineering Design Challenges Program connects students in their classrooms with the challenges faced by NASA engineers as they design the next generation of aerospace vehicles. Students in grades 6-9 work on design challenges with their teachers. These design challenges help students achieve national goals in science, mathematics, and thinking skills.
